framework law Explanation: framework riesce forse a tradurre i due termini; vedi il significato del termine come e' usato nel sito indicato sotto. Sono poi andata su Eurolex con il termine inglese per vedere quale era la traduzione offerta in italiano: framework law viene tradotto come "legge di orientamento". Mentre su Eurolex non compare il termine "atto di indirizzo e orientamento".
