Italian term or phrase: in prededuzione

Amazing
as a preferential creditor
Explanation:
As regards the more specific term - which I should have addressed in the first place, i.e. "in prededuzione" - although I would want to consult a "top-flight", specialist financial translator, provisionally at least, I would resort to the periphrasis, "as a preferential creditor".

Explanation:
I know that "included in the liabilities" is the correct translation of the term, "admessa al passivo", but have omitted a translation of "Procedura in prededuzione" as the particular formulaic expression escapes me.

However, I believe it refers to preferential payment to a creditor from the assets of a bankrupt company, by the receiver winding it up. That is the procedure to which the "admessa al passivo" refers.

A termbase, I believe. Possibly Eurodicautom.
