Italian to English translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Manufacturing
Italian term or phrase: pretesa di istruzione di dettaglio
The context, a General Terms and Conditions of Online Sales. The full phrase: Acquistando il cliente accetta tali condizioni e tiene Bla bla bla snc indenne da qualsiasi rivalsa o pretesa di istruzione di dettaglio.

So, the way I see it is: By purchasing the Customer accepts said conditions and releases blablablasnc from any liability.

As is often the case Italian uses very formal phrases than nobody really uses in English anymore.

Would you consider this an acceptable translation (I still want it to mean exactly what it means, ofr course, and I have never heard the Italian expression before)

Thank you in advance for your help!
