Italian term or phrase: telaio-corrente
• ALZATA: standard H m 1,70, optional H m 1,20, con tenditore a vite regolabile. I telai hanno i pioli con passo cm 28, a sezione quadrata di mm 30x30, con spigoli arrotondati e superficie antisdrucciolo. L'innesto di giunzione ***telaio-corrente*** è particolarmente curato nel design; l’anima in acciaio zincato è ricoperta da mescola di nylon, per resistere ad urti e torsioni.

"corrente" here means the longitudinal elements that are joined to the upright frame of the scaffold tower. I have found this:

Explanation:
from the pic it looks like the part in question is a sort of sleeve junction attached to the horizontal, as such i would translate the terms as you have elsewhere described them and possibly also hyphenate as in the original. Standard and ledger are scaffolding terms (see wikipedia: scaffolding) but i don't know if they apply outside of tubular scaffold where standard lengths are used
