Oggetto del nostro studio sono stati 57 casi di ca. polmonare rilevati in tre Sezioni Dispensariali del C.P.A. di Treviso:

Obviosuly some form of public health organisation. CPA is the provincial antuberculosis unit.

Could this be simply clinic? Dispensary in english is usually taken as pharmacy.
