hypercellular marrow with trilineage hyperplasia
Explanation:
Strisci di sangue blood smears

The 'per' is used here in the sense of 'causa' --> caused by, due to, owing to. The hypercellular marrow is caused by trilineage hyperplasia. In English we simply say "hypercellular marrow with trilineage hyperplasia".

Take a look at this "Bone Marrow Biopsy Report: Sample of a Report". Under 'Diagnosis', we have the following sentence:
"DIAGNOSIS: BONE MARROW ASPIRATE, BIOPSY, AND PERIPHERAL BLOOD SMEAR MILDLY HYPERCELLULAR MARROW WITH LEFT-SHIFTED MYELOID AND ERYTHROID MATURATION"
The investigations conducted and the samples examined, viz. bone marrow aspirate, biopsy and peripheral blood smear are written in continuity with the findings, i.e., mildly hypercellular marrow with....

There seems to be a similarity here with the way the asker's source sentence is formulated, I suspect: 'Blood smear(s)' is written in continuity with the bone marrow biopsy findings. Knowing the preceding sentence may help in confirming or ruling this out.
