"In caso di recesso (del contratto) anticipato, la Società corrisponderà all'Azienda le ***spese non revocabili*** che questa documenti avere già sostenuto per l'utile esecuzione della ricerca e ii compensi maturati fino al momento del recesso."

I am not sure that "irrevocable expenses" is the right translation of this accounting term. Suggestions?? Many thanks
