In English usually dining area is used. Is it necessary to specify lunch area while dividing the various parts of a house into sleeping /eating /living areas? Thanks!

dining area / dining room
Explanation:
I would always still say "dining area" unless you happen to have a big house with a specific area for lunch (maybe less formal) and another one for dinner. But I´ve never heard of such a thing.
