Termine francese che letteralmente significa catrame. Sensazione olfattiva caratteristica di vini vecchi, ben strutturati, nobili.
NON datemi "tar" o "tarry" perche`nello stesso documento "goudron e`distinto da "catrame"= · Catrame Gusto e aroma di un grande vino che possiede una impercettibile ed infinitesimale sfumatura che ricorda gli oli essenziali del catrame.
come li posso distinguere dato che l'inglese mi sembra non usi goudron?
