sparkling wine di lise non mi pare faccia al caso, dato che altrove nel testo per "vino frizzante" ho usato "semi-sparkling wine"
'qui con il concetto di "petillant" si incida vino vivace e frizzante. sara`pooi che il francese fa sempre un certo effetto specie nel campo dei vini... lo lascerei invariato come suggerito.
