Le scope lucidatrici-aspiranti sono macchine per pulire e depolverare a secco tappeti e moquettes. sono macchine che spazzolano, puliscono e sfeltriscono una pavimentazione tessile mediante spazzole in fibra elicoidale che operano senza battere.

Sono un po' confuso con il testo che tu hai trasmesso.
Si parla di scope lucidatrici-aspiranti senza battarie, per cui deduco che siano o elettriche oppure a trazione manuale. Ma siccome il testo dice anche "aspiranti" deduco per esclusione che si tratta di scope elettriche, immaginando che sia impossibile aspirare con trazione manuale, almeno che si tratti di un apparecchio che io non ho mai visto. Poi il testo dice che si tratta di macchine per pulire e spolverare tappeti, moquette e pavimentazioni tessili mediante spazzole.... Bene. Il titolo dice macchine lucidatrici. Moquette lucidate? Sono confuso.
O si tratta di un aspirapolvere elettrico che chiamerei semplicemente "vacuum cleaner", vedi sito Hoover:
www.hoover.com, che illustra un'apparecchio di questo tipo.
Oppure si potrebbe trattare di una di quelle scope a trazione manuale (non elettrica) che si potrebbe chiamare "carpet sweeper" o "carpet Broom".

O forse non ho capito nulla.

Thank you both for your responses. I finally decided to call this a "Brush Vacuum" after reviewing several vacuum cleaner pages. I don't understand the Italian title used for this, but the product description given in the text matches the "brush vac" and "brush vacuum" models.

parlando di tappeti, non mi suona molto bene neanche la parola in italiano "scopa lucidatrice" poiche e sottinteso l'uso della cera. Ma poiche ci sono sempre nuovi prodotti ....prova "Carpet polisher-vacuum cleaner"
