Un problema che riguarda la traslitterazione:
"Nerone fu anche attore. Fu, sulla scena, Alcmeone, Tieste, Creonte, Atti."
Se Alcmeone (in italiano) e' Alcmaeon (in inglese), Tieste e' Thyestes, Creonte e' Creon - Atti sarebbe ...?

With some memory of Nero's fetishes, and the fact that Attis was involved in orgiastic/bacchic rites, it also seems if not likely at least credible

E' una lista di nomi, perciò anche Atti dev'essere un nome. Nel contesto di figure antiche/mitlogiche, Attis sembra quello più probabile, visto che Atti non è, per quanto ne sappia io, il nome di una figura famosa nell'antichità. Non sarebbe la prima volta che c'è un errore nel testo di partenza...
