Italian to English translations [Non-PRO]
Italian term or phrase:la messa a disposizione
this is describing an industrial process involving the production of nitrogen, but it could probably be any gas. I have found 'non-operational status' but it doesn't really fit.
Explanation: Hi -- my Harper-Collins IT-EN Dictionary states that "disposizione" can also be used in the sense of "regulation." So in the context of that, without having been able to see how it's used in the original Italian phrase, could you possibly use "regulation" in the ssense of regulating the amount of gas used or the intensity of gas emitted, and so forth, regarding your translation? Good luck! - Gary
