A market research survey
"Lei personalmente guarda la televisione ... CITARE LA FASCIA ORARIA ....."

What time of day/night?
Explanation:
I have just finished translating an English text (half of which is a survey)in which I turned all direct questions into indirect ones, which I would say is the preferred way to ask questions in Italian.
In this case I would turn yours into a direct question.
Do you watch television?
What time of day/night?
etc.

saluti
