Italian to English translations [Non-PRO]
Italian term or phrase: una mano sciolta e morbida
describing a fabric finishing: Leggera spalmatura colorata che mantiene una mano sciolta e morbida.
Damon
soft, fluid finish
Explanation:
"mano" is the finish of the fabric, so if it's like velvet it'll be kind of furry, silk is cool, etc.
A few years ago there was a silk fabric that was very popular called "mano pesca" as it had a finish like peach skin.
I think they are saying that the colour applied won't harden the cloth, as sometimes happens.
