(ho sentito spessissimo questo termine, sono anni che collaboro con un calzaturificio im occasione della fiera delle calzature)

Il Picchi parla invece di "half boot".
Penso che anche questa soluzione possa comunque andare bene.

Potresti quindi mettere "ladies' low boot" o, trattandosi di un listino, potresti optare per uno stile più semplice:
low boot - lady
low boot (lady)
