Italian to English translations [Non-PRO]
Italian term or phrase: di compendio
il corrispettivo del conferimento rappresentato dalle 302500 azioni di nuova emissione della Società di compendio dell'aumento di capitale deliberato dalla assemblea..

The answers I got explained "azioni di compendio" but considering this context it does not seem so.

Again: "risultano di compendio del ramo d'azienda conferito:
a) i beni immobili..."

if anything it seems to mean "part of" whereas my dictionary tells me "compendio"= summary, outline

English translation:yes it does be as I said
Explanation:
here is a literal translation of your text, so that you can follow it better:
the amount corresponding to the allocation, consisting of the newly-issued 302,500 Company shares, deriving from the capital increase approved by the Shareholders' meeting...

someone will participate in the capital increase, and by doing so he will get 302,500 new shares "di compendio"; subsequently he will allocate these same shares as his capital contribution. Forget what your dictionary says, that meaning is "one" of the possible meanings, but does not fit the bill in this financial context.

Explanation:
I too would have translated "di compendio" as "part of" or inclduded in.

If, on the other hand, you are talking of "azioni di compendio" I believe they are known as "conversion shares" and you can find a decription here, as was indicated by a colleague the first time you asked.

compendio is not the same as di compendio
