Non trovato Explanation: Ho cercato questo termine in diversi dizionari italiani e bilingui, ed nelle risorse on-line, ma non ho trovato niente, neppure facendo ricerche di possibili varianti, che riporti il termine 'affiatamento' usato come un termine tecnico specifico del settore vinicolo. Suggerisco di interpretare il termine dal contesto. Il vino viene invecchiato in bottiglia, ma 6 mesi sono troppo brevi per usare il termine invecchiamento. Lo champagne e gli spumanti vengono imbottigliati per 5-6 mesi, dopo la prima fermentazione e prima di essere 'disgorged' ed infine imbottigliati e tappati definitivamente. Di che tipo di vino si tratta? potrebbe essere utile per identificare il termine giusto da applicare. |
