Look for it in a library!

Explanation:
You quoted the second and third line of Dante's "Divine Comedy". You will certainly find it in every library. Several translations are available in English, there is no point in proposing another one here. You may just look at some and choose the one you like best.

There are online editions of famous translations

Explanation:
This is the translation by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow,

MIDWAY upon the journey of our life
2 I found myself within a forest dark,
3 For the straightforward pathway had been lost.

4 Ah me! how hard a thing it is to say
5 What was this forest savage, rough, and stern,
6 Which in the very thought renews the fear.

I wandered from the straight lost path afar.
