Franchise in Italian has the connotation of retail franchising agreements (like Benetton - perhaps this is your case). When the product/service to be launched (lanciare = launch a product as in product launch, new product launch, national launch, etc) is business to business i.e manufacturer/distributor (i.e. an "agency" agreement), I would call it a licence agreement.
As an alternative to launch, you could all use roll out, which is more USA.
