Italian term or phrase: imbutitura maggiorata
per risolvere problema brunitura pianale dovuto all'utilizzo di diametri pentole eccessivo che impedisce l'afflusso sufficiente d'aria ai bruciatori costringendo la fiamma ad allargarsi per cercare ossigeno di combustione, viene creata ***un'imbutitura piu' profonda nel pianale***, vengono rialzate le griglie di 6mm e vengono rialzati i gommini coperchio
non e' possibile montare le vecchie griglie sui nuovi pianali ad ***imbutitura maggiorata***.

can you think of anything other than deep-drawing, somehow more deeply drawn does not sound quite right, does it?

viene creata ***un'imbutitura piu' profonda nel pianale***,
......the cooker top (pan) is given a deeper basin,
or........the cooker basin is made deeper........
