Italian term or phrase: Ufficio del Genio Civile OO.MM
Can anyone help me with this one - I know OO.MM means "opere marittime" and translates as coastal engineering and that "genio civile" is civil engineering but I don't want to just stick the two together since I gather it is a fairly specific office found in all ports.
