Nel contesto di scommesse ippiche.

Per esempio:
In questo sistema si deve indicare come “Base” il cavallo (o i cavalli) che si pronostica arrivi primo nella corsa in oggetto e, “a seguire”, i cavalli che occuperanno la seconda e la terza posizione (minimo due).
Qualcuno conosce le espressioni equivalenti utilizzate in inglese?
