This is linked to a couple of other questions I have asked today.
When setting up and testing a marine radar system, the following are measured:
The transponder distance
Elevazione sbandata del transponder
Brandeggio sbandato del transponder
I am totally lost as to whether the meaning of sbandato/a is scatter (or similar) i.e. the scatter of the data points used to then deduce the actual value, or tilt/listing i.e. the listing or tilt of the elevation and rotation measurements, since this is a 3D system.
