Le morse di amarro a conduttore passante devono predisporre razionalmente in curva il conduttore all’ingresso della morsa stessa per consentire, prima della zona di serraggio fra il premicorda e la sede, l’assorbimento per attrito di una parte del tiro.

Perhaps the term is originally Spanish. I couldn't find it in any of my Italian dictionaries. I found something related here, but I still don't understand the concept completely. Anchoring clamps? Any ideas.
