...alternatively, "any photography-related instructional materials that might be available."

"Photographic materials" or "photographic instructional materials" would be incorrect, because the purpose of the materials is to TEACH students about photography -- not necessarily to CONSIST of photos, etc.

For some reason (could it possibly be for clarity?), in academic U.S. English usage, "instructional materials" is generally preferred over "teaching materials."
