Italian term or phrase: cimusse
In a price list: compensatore "..." per cimusse: types:semplici, doppi splitz lateralii, centrali

English translation:(further:)
Explanation:
"cimusse semplici" = "simple selvedges"
"cimusse centrali" = "center selvedges"
"cimusse laterali" = "side selvedges"

I wasn't able to find a specific equivalent for "doppi[o] splitz lateralii" (and the "z" in "splitz" is a bit odd); however, it would appear to be "dual side-split selvedges."

i, doppi splitz lateralii, centrali

Thanks so much, and thank you to all others too, but I was just hoping for a further translation of the terms too! Cheers!
