Thank you, other replies were good. Effectivly the Italians use accouting term for in an Operations magament context and it's a little confusing. I think the reader can figure it out from other context in the document so I'll go with the literal accounting transation.

It is our believe that the Italian text is flawed. I know exactly what "in conto lavoro" means but all of answers fall somewhat short because the "fornitori" makes no sense. This is the original supplier/producer of matierials. In short, this is construction site material delivered to the job site in lots. Why is the supplier/producer involved? Check your source. There must better context to explain what the supplier is doing here.
