click-lock retractable blade
Explanation:
Hello
I'm assuming that's what is meant. I can't find a specific reference to a utility knife with this feature, so I can't be 100% certain of the expression a manufacturer would use.
Regards
Derek

snap-lock blade

Explanation:
Derek's choice of 'retractable' may only apply to spring-loaded blades that exit straight from the end of the knife, as opposed to those that pivot out from the handle. But again, not 100% on that. Hope that helps.

Flick knife

Explanation:
I'm afraid this is a guess based on the component words - lockable, quick release.
