The question remains, I suppose, of whether or not it is necessary to specify your containers. A "coppetta" is, I think, a "tub", so you have "tub fillers"; alternatively, they could be defined "portion packs". Anyway, on a food industry system like this, a filler is just that, I mean it's not usually called "bottle filler" or "can filler", but just "filler".
