there is no mention of these coded letters earlier, so I don't think it means 'afore-said' - unfortunately there isn't any real context. help!

Explanation:
Hi - in my Webster's New World IT-EN Dictionary, it says that the root "dett..." can be used thus:

"a detta di" - according to;
"a detta sua" - according to him (or her)

So I'm wondering if this could be a concentrated way of saying, "according to the following references" or "such as the following." Good luck! Gary :-)
