Italian term or phrase: sinistrorsa (senso orario)
"Ruotare contemporaneamente e contrariamente entrambe le chiavi tenendo presente che la vite fissaggio lama è sinistrorsa (senso orario)"

This doesn't make sense to me...can anyone shed some light on this for me?

Thank you

Sarah is right - it can't be both!

Explanation:
I think it's trying to say that you have to turn the the left hand key counterclockwise, i.e. to the left and the other key to the right. i.e. clockwise.
DOes this make more sense Sarah?

Are these instructions to losen or tighten the screws?

Explanation:
Sinistrorsa means with left-handed thread, so you turn counterclockwise to tighten, clockwise to losen.
I understand these to be instructions to losen the screws, so you have to "turn simultaneously and in opposite directions the 2 keys, bearing in mind that the blade fixing screw has a left-handed thread, so it has to be turned clockwise"... Does this make sense? Is there a diagram to confirm this?

yes, all the other 3 answers are quite right...I misread the instruction at first.

Explanation:
the instructions tell you to turn the keys together: one to left and one to the right, bearing in mind that the screw has a left hand thread and thus requires turning in a clockwise direction.

anticlockwise

Explanation:
Sinistrorso infatti significa che gira o tende a girare all'opposto del senso orario, cioe' va da destra verso sinistra.
Che sia questa vite fissaggio lama, non ho abbastanza contesto per capire.

SINISTRORSA/DESTRORSA-Clock-wise/anti-clockwise

Explanation:

This term is related to the Polarity in meteorology, in organic and inorganic chemistry of molecule's in space poles , ending to the use of keys and screws in mechanics. I'm going to describe you in Italian as follows:

"...mette a ruatare in senso orario, cosi la tua polarita e DESTRORSA, o destrogira.

Se invece la rotazione e antioraria la tua polarita e SINISTRORSA, o levogira."

In other words "moving toward the left side.."
