Italian term or phrase: minigonna anteriore
part of a car
Bernard
English translation:front skirt
Explanation:
Sorry to disagree with my car enthusiastic friends, but "minigonna" is "skirt" in English, not spoiler... Now, to be 100% sure, we really need more context on this one. What type of car are you talking about? I suppose it's a modern, road car, since the skirts on F1 cars were mounted laterally and moved up and down, adhering to the track, in order to create a funnel effect under the car and therefore maximise downforce.

Hope it helps.

front aerodynamic spoiler

Explanation:
in racing cars, "minigonna" (as I have heard tens of times on television) is that mobile part added to the car body to facilitate its aerodynamic penetration

exterior airdam

Explanation:
It channels air more efficiently from the exterior of the body of the car into the internal portion of the car which utilizes this air for carbueration and/or cooling.
