Italian term or phrase: oil mounting kit
Sorry, I know this is an En>It question, but all Italian translators seem to be on vacation...
"Oil mounting kit" appears in the part list of a flatbed scanner. Don't worry about the Italian term, an explanation of the meaning would be enough. Many thanks.

Explanation:
HI, Laura! -- The only web site I was able to find belonged to a racing-car parts supplier, who has a transmission-oil cooler mounting kit. Alas, not the thing for a flatbed scanner! -- However, scanners have some fairly fragile moving parts (i.e., gear-driver rollers that travel on guides and that carry the scanner head(s) back and forth each time a document is scanned). The gears and rollers, which are usually made of high-impact plastic, need to be lubricated from time to time. In this context, the "oil mounting kit" is probably just a vial of lubricant and a tube or rod for applying the oil to the gear mechanism and/or the rollers. -- For reliable information from a reputable scanner manufacturer, you might check one of the Hewlett-Packard company's web sites. -- Good luck!

Explanation:
Here are two websites, one in Italian and one in English, which can help you.

Anyway it deals with a liquid (in your case oil) which is necessary to monut slides or transparencies to be scanned.

Hope it helps,
Saxo
