cette recette ressemble beaucoup au 'gesso' que j'utilise pour la dorure à la feuille (sanguine+colle de parchemin ou de peau+liants) mais 'gesso' est déjà un mot italien (utilisé déjà par Cennini..) ? pouvez-vous préciser?
