Il calcolo dell’offerta economicamente più vantaggiosa avverrà tramite il metodo aggregativo compensatore, applicando la seguente formula:
Ci = 60*V(a)i +30*V(b)i+10*V(c)i
dove
- Ci = indice di valutazione complessiva dell’offerta i-esima;
- i parametri numerici corrispondono ai pesi ponderali attribuiti e cioè:
(a) 60 = caratteristiche qualitative e metodologiche dello svolgimento del servizio;
(b) 30 = ribasso sul prezzo
(c) 10 = riduzione sul tempo di esecuzione
