Un plancher en "laterocemento" est simplement un plancher en brique et béton (poutrelles en béton armé + hourdis en brique). Je ne pense pas qu'il existe un terme spécifique en français.

Selon moi, c'est l'équivalent de "solaio in cemento armato e laterizio" qui se traduit comme ci-dessus. Traduction dans HOEPLI.
