"Alignement" est une autre traduction possible pour "arretramento".

Toutefois, voilà ce que j'ai trouvé dans le Garzanti :
(inform.) Tasto di arretramento = touche de RAPPEL ARRIÈRE.

Ce qui correspond bien au concept de RECUL.
Donc, dans ce cas, opter pour la traduction du Garzanti (touche/bouton de rappel arrière du fil).
Cela sonne mieux ainsi, en effet, avec la présence de cette touche (pulsante).
