Inchiodatore = cadreuse. C'est une machine qui sert à tendre les peaux et à les sécher. Les modèles modernes sont associés à un émetteur d'infrarouges qui développe de la chaleur (ou bien à un radiateur+ventilateur)

c'est ici un modèle à vapeur, il y a une partie fermée qui ressemble à un four en effet. Les peaux sont tendues sur le plan de cadrage et la stabilisation se fait sans doute dans cette partie chauffée...
