c'est un équivalent du mot contrada. Vu qu'il s'agit d'une zone rurale, on pourrait peut-être parler en français de "hameaux". Dans tous les cas vu la connotation historique et très locale de ce mot, je laisserais le mot en italien avec une note ou une parenthèse
