"prestataire de services télématiques" Explanation: Je crois avoir compris que cette traduction parle du problème des paris et loteries en ligne la distinction entre providers et gestori internet conrrespond sans doute à ce qui est détaillé ici comme: "gestori di altre reti telematiche o di telecomunicazioni o agli operatori che in relazione ad esse forniscono servizi tematici o di telecomunicazione" http://www.interlex.it/ecomm/finanz06.htm ma proposition est un peu vague mais l'italien l'est aussi !
