Je ne comprends pas bien le sens de "addetti ai lavori" dans ce cas. Le texte parle d'une entreprise qui fabrique des jouets et qui participe à des foires internationales.

Personnellement, j'opterais pour "professionnels". Cela me semble être en phase avec le contexte. Source : EuroDicAutom (visitatore addetto ai lavori = visiteur professionnel).
"Experts" est la traduction proposée par L'Economie et les Affaires de Zanichelli.

Les exemples sont très nombreux. C'est une expression plus adaptée, à mon avis, que "opérateurs du secteur", même si cette traduction n'est évidemment pas fausse.
