Je pense qu'il s'agit des gaines en caoutchouc annelé qui servent à maintenir ensemble les fils d'un faisceau de câbles.

Je pense que le mot italien vient de "corrugated" terme anglais qui se traduit habituellement par ondulé (carton ondulé par exemple). Pour du tube on dit plutôt annelé.
