E' un po' difficile trovare la traduzione esatta di certi termini senza conoscere il contesto in cui sono utilizzati. Comunque scriverei:

- ciclo solo sgrossatura: cycle dégrossisage uniquement
- ciclo solo finitura: cycle finissage uniquement
- specchia profilo: tipo di rifinitura del profilo. Non ho ancora trovato il termine esatto in francese.
- primo taglio interno la (o alla?) sagoma: première coupe à l'intérieur du (profil?, ou du bloc s'il s'agit d'un bloc
margine in ciclo di finitura: marge en cycle de finissage.
