Je ne connaissais pas ce mot (absent de tous mes dictionnaires).
Sur le net, j'ai trouvé une référence italienne traduite en anglais et en français (à http://www.boscoitalia.it/francais/porte.html).
Le mot traduit en français est "fixé" et en anglais "fitted".
Sur une autre référence (à http://www.sbnet.ws/cat133.htm), on voit un élément "da inghisare" et on voit qu'il s'agit d'un élément à visser (donc fixer, ancrer).

J'en déduis qu'inghisare veut bien dire fixer, monter, ancrer.
