Ich habe hier den Beschwerdebrief eines Kunden an eine Firma für Außen- und Innengestaltung von Gebäuden. Der Kunde beschwert sich über die Türschwellen:

Le soglie di cui alle foto presentano un evidente rischio per le persone. La criticità principale è che fin che si tratta di finestre non c’è nessun problema quando invece sono anche porte le soglie se calpestate non reggono al peso di neanche un bambino.

Dalle foto risulta inoltre evidente che il profilo al di sotto delle soglie in un caso in particolare è diverso: non finito (***lama in gomma grigia*** che libera senza copertura).
E’ un problema sorto in seguito a scelte della precedente capo cantiere. La***lama in gomma*** che fuoriesce al di sotto delle soglie doveva essere secondo i vs tecnici la finitura finale. In realtà al di sotto delle soglie la finitura corretta è ben diversa (profilo finito in muratura). Poi un intervento discutibile ha coperta tale situazione utilizzando un profilo in lamiera. Anche la lamiera presenta quote diverse complicando ulteriormente la posa del pavimento esterno.

Die Fotos, die der Kunde offensichtlich mitgeschickt hat, habe ich leider nicht bekommen.

Hat jemand eine Idee, was hier mit "lama in gomma" gemeint ist? Vielen Dank schon mal im Voraus. Gabi
