Suppenhuhn Explanation: Rispetto al pollo, la gallina è più vecchia, ha almeno un anno. Nelle ricette, spesso viene usato per brodi (brodo di gallina). Se nella ricetta che devi tadurre la gallina viene cucinata in brodo, 'Suppenhuhn' può essere la traduzione appropriata.
