Wäre froh, wenn ihr mir Folgendes bestätigen könntet:

Il collegio arbitrale deciderà quale amichevole compositore pro bono et aequo ed agirà.....

Der Schiedsausschuss entscheidet nach billigem Ermessen (als Amiable Compositeur, ex aequo et bono)....

Ist das richtig und wird der Teil in Klammern so übersetzt? Aber wieso Französisch? Oder ist der Teil in Klammern gar nicht nötig? Im Italienischen steht pro bono / im Deutschen ex bono.... gibt es da einen Unterschied???

agree  Martina Frey: den lat. Ausspruch findet man von "ex aequo..." bis "pro bono...", original wohl "ex aequo et bono"
