Hier wird der Fall angenommen, dass der Automobilhersteller "wegen einer Haftbarkeitsangelegenheit vor Gericht zitiert" wird...wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe, aber wie drücke ich das aus ? mir will nichts einfallen..
