"assegno in garanzia a deposito" bedeutet das diese Firma ein Scheck moechte mit einer bestimmte summe,die die firma X endscheidet,damit sie eine Geldvorschuss hat fals die firma Y nicht bezahlt, nur in diesen fall wirt der Scheck zur bank gebracht ( fals Y nicht bezahlt ).
